An original animation not to be missed for your reunion breaks (from 30 minutes) or teambuildings (2 hours) as a team.
At the hand of Pierre Hermé and L'Occitane, come and create as team during this teambuilding your joint venture Parfum et Chocolat. The perfume is inviting in the kitchen and our perfumers echo the chefs by introducing you to the subtleties of the creation of a perfume.
Our noses will make you discover the fascinating world of fragrances through an olfactory quiz (30mn) and our chefs will introduce you to the organoleptic journey likely to break the codes.
Appearance, smell, taste, texture or consistency are the essential qualities of your creations, echoing your perfume creation.
At the end of the animation (2h) the teams present their concept and the winners are awarded the diploma Pastry Parfumeur!
Everyone tastes their sweet or savory culinary creations according to the time of day and leaves with his creation of perfume.
